Overview
EGbatt forklift batteries are 24V/36V/48V/80V LiFePO4 packs with an integrated BMS, built as drop-ins for lead-acid traction batteries. The operational case is strong: opportunity charging during breaks (no battery-swap room needed), 2,000–5,000 cycles, no acid or watering, and consistent voltage through the shift so the truck does not sag as the battery drains. We match voltage and Ah to the truck and its duty cycle, and confirm the charger and connector (and any BMS comms the truck expects) before delivery.

Portable and specialty packs are built for shock, dust and temperature swing. We select cells and BMS for high-discharge and fast-recharge profiles, seal the enclosure to the right IP rating, and validate the pack through drop, vibration and thermal cycling.
