    Every order in this conversation is produced at our own plant in Dongguan — 25,000 m² of manufacturing space with 2 fully automatic and 4 semi-automatic production lines, an in-house cell matching process and a single quality system behind all product lines.

    What battery capacities do you offer for home use?

    We provide flexible home storage solutions in standard capacities including 5kWh, 10kWh, 14.34kWh, 15kWh, and 20kWh. Available in wall-mounted, stackable, and floor-standing designs, our systems can be customized and expanded to meet your household's energy needs.

    What types of solar batteries are available?

    Our home energy storage systems utilize advanced LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) batteries, known for their safety, long lifespan, and stable performance in solar applications.

    Can the system work off-grid?

    Yes. CMX Battery systems support both off-grid and grid-tied operation, providing reliable power independence in remote locations or enabling full energy self-sufficiency when paired with solar panels.

    Will power switch automatically during a grid outage?

    Absolutely. When connected to a compatible hybrid inverter, the system detects grid failure instantly and switches seamlessly to battery power, keeping your essential appliances running without interruption.

    Can I expand the system later?

    Yes. You can connect up to 16 battery modules in parallel, scaling your storage capacity beyond 100kWh to suit growing energy demands.

    What is the lifespan of your batteries?

    Our LiFePO4 batteries are designed for long-term use, with a service life exceeding 15 years under proper maintenance. Actual cycle life depends on the cell type and the duty cycle the pack is built for — the exact figure is confirmed against your project requirements, so please check with our sales team.

    Which inverters are compatible?

    CMX Battery batteries are compatible with major brands including Growatt, Deye, Solis, Victron, and SMA, and support communication via RS485 and CAN protocols for seamless integration.
