A battery module is where matched LiFePO4 cells become a working, protected building block — EGbatt pairs graded cells with a purpose-built BMS, busbars and enclosure so your system integrates as wiring, not a research project.
Overview
EGbatt modules are the bridge between loose cells and a finished system. We take matched LiFePO4 cells, arrange them for the target voltage — 12V, 24V or 48V (51.2V) — and integrate a BMS, busbars, fuses and a mechanical enclosure rated for the duty. Stationary modules are built for rack and wall mounting; mobile modules for vibration and depth of discharge. Every module is validated on capacity, internal-resistance balance and thermal behaviour before it ships, so series/parallel stacking into a cabinet stays predictable.

How to specify & buying guide
- Pick the voltage your inverter expects (12.8 / 25.6 / 51.2V) so the BMS and charger ranges line up.
- Specify the BMS communication (none / CAN / RS485 / Bluetooth) if your system monitors the pack.
- For outdoor or mobile use, set the IP rating and vibration rating before we design the enclosure.
- Parallel only identical modules (same Ah, same firmware) to avoid chronic imbalance.
