On all five of our platform test runs the pack’s own protection ended the discharge first, at 2.59 to 2.74 V per cell, so the bench cutoff was never reached. The Powerline-5 enclosure is built in three front-panel variants. All three share the same 51.2 V 100 Ah 5.12 kWh 16S1P architecture, the same 90 mm thin wall profile and the same CAN/RS485 communication — they differ in how the owner reads the pack locally.

Standard front panel

The build described on this page: no local display, state read over CAN/RS485 by the inverter or a gateway.

Built-in LCD display

The LCD sits on the front face of the enclosure and stays readable at normal mounting height, so an installer or owner can read state of charge, pack voltage, current and alarm or protection status without opening anything. It is an additional local readout, not a replacement for communication — the pack still reports over CAN and RS485, so the inverter or a gateway can keep monitoring it.

Touch-screen HMI

Choose the touch-screen build when the battery is customer-facing: the interactive panel gives access to settings and alarm history on the unit itself, and lets an installer walk through configuration on site without a laptop. It is aimed at residential installations where the owner expects to interact with the equipment. The HMI is a local interface and does not replace closed-loop communication — the inverter still has to speak a supported bus.

Wall, Stud and Partition Mounting

The pack needs a structural wall able to carry its weight; a plasterboard partition or a stud wall on its own is not sufficient. Send us a photo of the mounting surface and we will confirm bracket and anchor requirements before you drill.
