How a hybrid inverter works

A hybrid inverter does three jobs in one box: it converts PV DC to AC for loads and export, charges the LiFePO4 battery from solar or grid, and seamlessly switches to battery when the grid drops. The battery and PV talk to the inverter over CAN / RS485 so dispatch follows your tariff and backup rules.
